We have a 35-day return policy, which means you have 35 days from the shipping date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including all product documentation. You’ll also need to enclose the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions of how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return as detailed above – will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon its arrival and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged or missing, or if the item is not the one you have ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and immediately resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You may resize your ring within 35 days of receiving the item , free of charge, providing the item is resizable. We offer free shipping of the item to us and back to you after resizing. After 35 days – shipping charges for resizing will be handled by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will contact you and notify you whether a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by your original payment method. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company several days to process and transfer the refund.
