RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We have a 35-day free-of-charge return policy, which means you have 35 days from the delivery day to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including all product documentation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I return the item after 35-days?
Unfortunately, according to our return policy we do not have a return and refund after 35-days of the shipping day.
What items cannot be returned?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If I have got a damaged item, what should I do?
We highly recommend you to inspect your order upon reception! If the item is defective, damaged or missing or if the item is wrong, please, contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
